Our History

Robert Holloway, M.D. and Dan Fuller joined together in 2001 to found IN Compass Health and 24 ON Physicians. From modest beginnings, mutual commitment and high expectations, they combined their complementary backgrounds to become the leading Hospitalist company in the nation. Since inception, the company has delivered over 40 programs in 13 states serving over 1,000 patients each day.

Dr. Holloway established one of the first Hospitalist programs in the nation after completing his Internal Medicine residency at Emory University. He has been a practicing hospitalist for over 16 years and has mentored and managed the growth of one of the first programs in the U.S. from inception to a mature mutli-site 16 physician practice. These same skills and experience have been the foundation for explaining, implementing and managing the IN Compass family of successful programs.

Dan Fuller brings extensive business development, operations and management experience. Over the past 15 years he has worked directly with hospitals, physician organizations, physicians and payors to design and implement on-site inpatient care teams and programs. He brings a proven record of managing the physician driven model in complex settings with high and varied demands.

We are dedicated to assisting hospitals and medical staffs in building successful hospitalist programs. We will work with you from the very start and develop an "Implementation Guide" as well as a recruitment plan. IN Compass Health will then provide the support necessary to ensure the ongoing and continued success of the program.
