Robert Holloway, MD, a practicing hospitalist for
over 16 years, serves as Chief Executive Officer and
the Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Holloway built one of
the country's first and most successful hospitalist
programs at DeKalb Medical Center in Atlanta,
Georgia. Robert Harrington, MD serves as Vice
President of Medical Affairs and is also a
practicing Hospitalist.
As practicing hospitalists,
our medical leadership understands first-hand
the challenges and rewards a hospitalist faces on a
daily basis. IN Compass was established as a
physician and patient-centric organization and to
that end we have hired a talented team of experts to
manage the myriad of business activities supporting
each practice. This approach allows our physicians
to focus on what they do best... providing care to
their patients.
IN Compass medical leadership
maintains an active clinical
schedule; just like you. They
understand the day-to-day challenges
and opportunities faced by our
physicians in the practice
environment. We are dedicated to
assuring each practice location is
managed with our physician’s best
interest in mind.
We carefully screen each physician
prior to joining our team. You can
have confidence that the IN Compass
physicians with whom you practice
will be of the same quality as you.
At IN Compass we understand that
each physician we hire will evaluate
us as much as we evaluate them. We
go to great lengths to ensure our
physicians receive a competitive
compensation package, a satisfying
clinical environment, and a balanced
quality lifestyle.
Consider how
practicing with IN Compass can provide you
with the security and professional growth
you deserve.
