Robert Holloway, MD, a practicing hospitalist for over 16 years, serves as Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Holloway built one of the country's first and most successful hospitalist programs at DeKalb Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Robert Harrington, MD serves as Vice President of Medical Affairs and is also a practicing Hospitalist. As practicing hospitalists, our medical leadership team understands first-hand the challenges and rewards a hospitalist faces on a daily basis. IN Compass was established as a physician and patient-centric organization and to that end we have hired a talented team of experts to manage the myriad of business activities supporting each practice. This approach allows our physicians to focus on what they do best... providing care to their patients.
